This Refund Policy applies to all purchases and services made through MyLo Enterprises, operated by Exact Prospect Enterprises, LLC ("MyLo," "we," "our," or "us"). This includes purchases made via:

  • mylonet.com – our business partner portal
  • visitmylo.com – our public-facing discovery platform

By purchasing or using any MyLo service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.


1. No Refunds for Digital Services

Due to the digital, customized, and non-reversible nature of our services—including but not limited to email campaigns, Spotlight listings, savings card promotions, and business visibility placements— all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, partial credits, or proration under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Low or unsatisfactory campaign performance
  • Delayed or missed campaign launches (unless due to our gross negligence)
  • Customer withdrawal or cancellation after campaign setup has begun
  • Errors or inaccuracies in content provided by the customer
Deemed Used Clause

Any service that is accessed, activated, scheduled, previewed, or otherwise made available to the user shall be considered "deemed used" and is therefore fully billable and non-refundable.

Performance Disclaimer

Performance metrics such as views, clicks, or customer conversions are not guaranteed.

MyLo is not responsible for third-party factors affecting campaign outcomes, including market conditions, competitor activity, or consumer response.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are explicitly non-refundable:

  • LocalReach Email Campaigns (once scheduled)
  • Spotlight Site Listings (once published or scheduled)
  • MyLo Savings Card Promotions (once distributed or accessed)
  • Design, branding, or consultation services
  • Custom marketing packages or promotional bundles
Pre-Launch Cancellation

Campaigns canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled launch date will still be billed in full. No exceptions.

3. Scheduling and Delivery

If a campaign or promotional feature is delayed due to your failure to provide timely content, approvals, or assets, that delay does not qualify you for any refund or credit.

We reserve the right to reschedule or adjust campaign timelines at our discretion for optimization purposes.

4. Exceptions and Errors

Refunds will only be considered in extraordinary circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges due to a system error
  • Confirmed fraudulent transactions not initiated by you

In the event of a verified error on our part, MyLo may choose to provide a one-time campaign correction or rescheduling instead of issuing a refund. This shall be considered sufficient remedy.

To request a review, email us at support@visitmylo.com within 5 calendar days of the charge. All decisions are final and at MyLo’s sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your MyLo services and legal action for breach of agreement.

6. Governing Terms

This Refund Policy is governed in conjunction with our Terms of Service, and all disputes are subject to its arbitration and governing law clauses.
