Due to the digital, customized, and non-reversible nature of our services—including but not limited to email campaigns, Spotlight listings, savings card promotions, and business visibility placements— all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, partial credits, or proration under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Any service that is accessed, activated, scheduled, previewed, or otherwise made available to the user shall be considered "deemed used" and is therefore fully billable and non-refundable.
Performance metrics such as views, clicks, or customer conversions are not guaranteed.
MyLo is not responsible for third-party factors affecting campaign outcomes, including market conditions, competitor activity, or consumer response.
The following are explicitly non-refundable:
Campaigns canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled launch date will still be billed in full. No exceptions.
If a campaign or promotional feature is delayed due to your failure to provide timely content, approvals, or assets, that delay does not qualify you for any refund or credit.
We reserve the right to reschedule or adjust campaign timelines at our discretion for optimization purposes.
Refunds will only be considered in extraordinary circumstances, such as:
In the event of a verified error on our part, MyLo may choose to provide a one-time campaign correction or rescheduling instead of issuing a refund. This shall be considered sufficient remedy.
To request a review, email us at support@visitmylo.com within 5 calendar days of the charge. All decisions are final and at MyLo’s sole discretion.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your MyLo services and legal action for breach of agreement.
This Refund Policy is governed in conjunction with our Terms of Service, and all disputes are subject to its arbitration and governing law clauses.
